Description
Naturally produced through the fermentation of plant sugars or carbohydrates in grains.
Denatured alcohol has been denatured by adding a small amount of another chemical so that it is not suitable for making alcoholic beverages and can be exempt from duty.
Not to be confused with propyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, which are petroluem derived and much cheaper but very harsh and drying to the skin.
