Description
Oenothera Biennis Oil is the fixed oil derived from the seeds of the evening primrose, Oenothera biennis, Onagraceae. It consists primarily of the glycerides of the fatty acids.
Well known for its high gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) content, this fine oil is also extremely high in essential fatty acids (EFA).
Also found in human breast milk, gamma-linolenic acid is extremely beneficial to dry, mature skin and in the treatment of eczema, psoriasis and other dry skin and scalp conditions.
