Shop by BRAND
Shop by BRAND is in the second menu bar at the top of every page.
Mouse over the words 'Shop by BRAND' to see a drop down menu showing all the brands we sell.
Click on a brand to go to a page showing all the products we sell from that brand.

Shop by PRODUCT TYPE
Shop by PRODUCT TYPE is in the second menu bar at the top of every page.
Mouse over the words 'Shop by PRODUCT TYPE' to see a drop down menu showing all the product types we sell.
Click on a brand to go to a page showing all the products we sell from that product type.

Quick Search
Quick Search, in the right hand column or every page of the website, can be used in three ways:

1. To find products by Brand only
  that is all the products from the selected brand:
- click the down-pointing arrow at the side of the Brand box
- select the Brand you are interested in
- leave the Product Type box showing the words Product Type
- click on the find products button
- the products we stock of the selected brand will be displayed

2. To find products by Product Type only
 that is all the products of the selected product type from all our brands:
- leave the word Brand showing in the Brand box
- click the down-pointing arrow at the side of the Product Type box
- select the Product Type you are interested in
- click on the find products button
- the products we stock of the selected product type will be displayed

3. To find products by Brand and Product Type
  that is all the products of the selected type from the the selected brand:
- click the down-pointing arrow at the side of the Brand box
- select the Brand you are interested in
- click the down-pointing arrow at the side of the Product Type box
- select the Product Type you are interested in
- click on the find products button
only the products of the selected product type produced by the selected brand will be displayed

NOTE
If the brand you have selected does not produce products of the type you have selected OR we do not stock their products of that type a message to this effect will appear and you will be invited to try a different combination of brand and product type.

Whichever method you chose to find the products you want the Product Type and/ or Brand you selected will be displayed at the top of the results page.
The products will be displayed in alphabetical order by Brand then in alphabetical order by Product Name.

Advance Search
Advanced Search, in the right hand column or every page of the website, allows you to search for products by the name (or part of name) of the product or by the product number.

Search by Name
Key the name, or any part of the name, of the product you are looking for into the Find Product by Name box then click the Find Products button.
Each product with a name containing what you have typed in will be displayed as a link to a page of information about that product.
TIP
This search works best if you type in a single word that is part of the product name.
Entering two or more words (unless they occur in the product name in exactly the way you have entered them) may not find the product you are looking for.

Search by Product Number
If you know the product number of the product you are looking for type it into the Find Product by Number box and click the Find Products button.
