If we are unable to resolve your complaint immediately we will keep you informed of the progress of what we are doing to resolve it and aim to bring it to a resolution as soon as possible.

We aim to make it straightforward to order from our online shop.
If you have any difficulty please do not hesitate to contact us.
When you have selected an item you wish to purchase select the quantity you require then click the ADD TO BASKET button to put the item(s) onto your order.
When you have added all the products you require click the CHECKOUT button. You will be asked for the information we need in order to process your order.
An order can easily be cancelled or changed up to the point at which you click the PLACE ORDER button on the Checkout page.

All orders placed via the Website are subject to acceptance by The Organic BodyCare Shop Ltd.
We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason and will not be liable to the party placing the order or to anyone else in these circumstances.
After submitting an order you will be sent an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered.
Please note this email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when goods you ordered have been despatched to you.
Please check the details on the acknowledgement email and contact us as soon as possible if anything is not as you intended/ expected it to be.
We recommend that you print the acknowledgement email and retain it for your reference.
Telephone Orders
We welcome ordersby telephone.
Simply phone us giving the Product Name and Brand, our Product Number (if possible - these numbers are beside each product here on the website),
the quantity of each product you would like, who you would like it sent to and how you would like it to be shipped.
We also need your name, address and telephone number to process your order.
We can accept payment for telephone orders by credit card over the telephone.
Availability
All products offered for sale on the Website are subject to availability.
If a product you order is not in stock at the time we receive your order we will contact you by e-mail letting you know when we expect the product in stock and offer you the following options:
- dispatch the rest of the order now and send you the out-of-stock item(s) when it comes into stock
- wait and dispatch the whole order when the out-of-stock item(s) come into stock
- cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy (see below).
If you chose to cancel the order we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy (see below).
Payment
All payments for goods purchased via this Website will be charged in Great Britain Pounds (GBP).
Approximate Euro and US Dollar equivalents of the shopping basket total are displayed beside the Pound total.
Local credit/ debit card providers will bill you in your local currency.
Please check local currency equivalents.
Credit/ debit cards
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards.
We currently accept Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and American Express.
All credit card transactions are processed to high security standards via SagePay (formerly Protx).
In placing an order you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We will notify you that your card issuer has declined authorisation but we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for them doing so.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
PayPal
We accept payment via PayPal.
To pay using your PayPal account click Checkout with PayPal when you are ready to pay for your order.
Cheques/ Postal Orders
We regret that due to changes in the way banks handle cheques we are no longer able to accept payment by this method.

Orders for delivery within the UK that we receive by 2.00pm Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch the same day.
Orders received on weekends we aim to dispatch the next business day.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that our published estimated dispatch times are met.
Packaging
We use recycled or recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.
We reuse the packaging our stock arrives in.
The loose fill we use is corn-derived and fully biodegradable. It can also be composted.
We pack all orders with great care to ensure that goods reach you in perfect condition.

If you have not received your order within the times indicated above please email us at sales@theorganicbodycareshop.com or telephone 01557 332473 giving the transaction ID (sent to you in the email confirming your order).
The Organic BodyCare Shop Ltd cannot accept liability for delay or non-delivery caused by inaccuracies in address information you may have given us.
Ownership and Risk
Once you have received your order, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods becomes your responsibility.
Customs Duties
You the customer will be liable for any customs charges incurred on goods you have ordered.
Value Added Tax Refunds
We will refund on request Value Added Tax charged on orders shipped to countries that are not members of the European Union.
Simply send an email containing the words 'VAT Refund' in the subject line and the Order Number (which can be found at the top of your order confirmation email or invoice beginning with RC) in the body of the email to

and we will credit your credit or debit card or PayPal account with the amount of the VAT charged.
Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with an order or a product you have purchased from The Organic BodyCare Shop please contact us as soon as possible so that we can deal with your issue.
If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must take good care of the goods pending their return to us.
By law you have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of the day after you received it.
For a cancelled order yYou are entitled to a full refund - excluding any delivery costs we may have incurred in shopping the goods to you.
You do not have to give a reason for cancelling your order.
Should you wish to cancel your order in this way please email sales@theorganicbodycareshop.com or telephone 01557 332473 as soon as possible.
In order to process refunds we require your name and address and the transaction ID number (if the order was placed via the Website).
If the order you are cancelling was placed by post please make that clear when you contact us.
We will provide the address to which to return the goods.
All goods should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition, preferably in the packaging in which you/ the recipient received them.
We will not provide refunds for goods opened or used unless the goods are faulty.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are properly packaged and arrive safely.
You are also responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
We will refund your payment in full within 30 days of receiving notice of your cancellation.
If you paid by credit or debit card via the Website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
If you paid by PayPal your refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
Goods Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged or Faulty on Receipt
If you receive from us goods that are not as ordered, damaged or faulty please email sales@theorganicbodycareshop.com or telephone on 01557 332473 within 3 days of receiving the goods.
We may ask you to return the goods to us in the original packaging so please retain goods and all packaging until you have spoken to us.
If we ask you to return the goods we will refunbd the postage.
Please telephone or email us before returning any goods.
If you have received goods that are not what you ordered please let us know as soon as possible.
We will ask you to return the goods and reimburse you for the return postage.
We will also send you the items you ordered or refund the cost of your order as you prefer.
If you have received goods damaged we will make arrangements for you to receive a refund or a replacement.
We may ask you to return the goods to us in the damaged packaging so that we can pursue the matter with the carrier.
If we do ask you to return the goods we will reimburse you for the return postage.
If you have received goods that appear to be faulty or unfit for purpose please let us know as soon as possible.
We will investigate the problem and deal with it appropriately.
We may ask you to return the item(s)concerned so that we can pursue the matter with the manufacturer.
If the goods are found to be faulty we will reimburse you for the return postage and replace the goods or refund you the value.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000
and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.

Any dispute over matters covered by these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the Law of Scotland.
